Workers at San Francisco’s famed artisan chocolate maker Dandelion Chocolate voted on Tuesday whether to unionize — but no winner could be determined after counting the votes.
That’s because Dandelion management and the union challenged some votes, arguing they shouldn’t count based on the voters’ job titles. That made the final count too close to call.
