that the police are not doing this with enough vigor. >> well, so you have many people right now that are so upset about immigrants. so many people are upset about social issues, because we have our first african-american president, so they have to be upset about social issues. they claim it's economic and others reason. >> but people are concerned about illegal immigration. >> but why? it's down 20% this year. illegal immigration in arizona is down 20% this year. so now they're more upset than ever? they have no reason to be more upset than ever because it's down 20%. >> they say there are huge crime profiles? >> so we'll pull people over because of the color of their skin when they're driving through town and if they don't have the proper papers, we'll be able to question or arrest them. >> in this case, they'll have to pay for the lawsuit, if, in fact, it doesn't go through. >> i just don't see as a deterrent. and again, what would be the standard for an american to decide that their, you know, their state or their city wasn't enforcing a law.
