they get their net worth mixed up with their self-worth. okay? and especially for men. men a lot of times define ourselves by, well, what do we do? that becomes two we are. well, guess what? you've just been laid off, down-sized, outsourced, and fired. now who are you are? your net worth, it's going to be fluctuating with the markets. your self-worth should only remain constant or appreciate. >> did you feel that way? >> i always do. i've gotten there, but i've always felt that way. for me, it was never about money. i was doing something i was passionate about, and i was doing something bigger than myself. giving my son a father. and that's priceless. >> do you ever think -- is it possible i ever go there again? can i ever find myself in that place again? do you ever think of that? >> no.
