so we have the breaking news tonight as the senate does not have the votes to pass the health care bill. i want to bring you now the voes of fareed zakaria gps. the president responded saying republicans should repeal failing obamacare now and work on a new health care plan that will start from a clean slate. dems will join in. does he understand how this works? if you repeal it, something has to go in its place. does he understand that? >> part of the president is the president has always been unaware and unwilling to understand the details of how this works. what he's describing is essentially impossible. you would throw 20 million people off obamacare. it is not clear what they would do. it is not clear what insurance companies would do. it is not clear whether medicate is expanded or not. part of the problem here is that the president has been behaving as the president he thought he was going to be, which is the person who we saw on television.
