president trump offered his condolences to the people of new zealand, when asked about the terror attack during an event at the oval office. the president had this to say, listen. >> do you see a white nationalist as a threat around the world? >> i don't really, i think it's a group of people who have very, of course serious problems. if you look at what happened in new zealand, perhaps that's the case. i don't know enough about the event yet, they're just learning about the person and the people involved. terrible a terrible, terrible thing. >> an australian senator blamed on new zealand's policy. saying it allows muslim fanatics to migrate to new zealand in the first place. wesley from "the washington post" i here. wesley, so good to have you with us. what do you feel we needed to hear from president trump, and did you hear it? >> no. is the answer.
