getting hearings. it seems like a low number of people who are complaining there. >> the court case turned on a techinal thing about notice and whether it should have been begin before. tracey is right. the legislature, this is not done. it has to cut these things and got to cut and we know we can't keep spending this way forever. somebody is going to get hurt. somebody is going to get hur. but we have to give a little. it has to come to pass and the legislature is the place to do it. >> obviously, you don't want to see people out on the treats but in the same time states are in crisis . so these are tough decisions and they will have to be made. >> if i was a governor of a state i would think twice of how quickly to push them in a job market that is so slack right now that they are going to have a lot of trouble getting jobs.
