day -- 12th day. the dad first reported ayla reynolds missing from her bed almost two weeks ago. police have said they believe someone kidnapped her. today her father, justin, saying, quote, it is important that the public hear it from me personally that i have no idea what happened to ayla and that i am not hiding. i would never do anything to hurt my child. as we've been reporting, the day before she went missing issues her mother filed for sole custody without telling the girl's father. detectives say they're now repeating several search areas to make sure they haven't missed any clues. they have reportedly received close to 400 tips. the obama administration may have cleared the way to make on-line poker legal. a newly released opinion from the justice department could reverse decades of previous policy. it would still be up to individual states to legalize on-line gaming, but many of them would likely want to cash in on this big money industry.
