might and capability. they consider administration used so much diplomacy that north korea got nuclear weapons. it is something that i think that has laid primarily on their doorstep. this administration has made it very clear to north korea that there is a different mind-set in the white house. i believe that it is very important to the north korea and their leader, mr. kim jong un, they understand that if they want to nuclear weapon it hits a civilian populations in the united states of america, that they will need a geiger counter to find pyongyang. if they understand that, i believe that is the deterrent that this administration has made more credible that has the best chance of being able to prevent these kind of tragedies from occurring. >> shannon: what you make of the discussions they are having on capitol hill, just days ago whether or not our current president is capable of exercising control over our nuclear program? here is what senator chris murphy, a democrat out of connecticut, had to say about how he thinks about that issue.
