short run. what we're looking at in the long run is the fifth circuit which is not the ninth circuit that arizona got to go through. and we're, you know, understandably worried about the fifth circuit and i think that's part of the strategy of our opposition is that, you know, statedly, wide open, i was invited to be an expert witness in the senate committee hearing along with one of the antiabortion attorneys from notre dame and he was very forthright about we want this case to be challenged, we want it to go to the fifth circuit and end up in the supreme court. i think that's by design something our opposition is looking strategically to have happen in the state of texas. >> especially in a big state of texas and potentially facing losing such a huge proportion of the clinics that provide this service right now, do you think women will go to extreme measures to try to get abortions illegally or in mexico or through some other means if they can't get to the clinics they've been used to going to?
