charged with horse-playing, rough-housing and entering a cell they're not assigned to. >> the four inmates involved have received three days of sanctions. including more time in their cells and suspension of visitation and commissary privileges. but sergeant hufferd says deputies will keep a close eye on them. >> we know these individuals are gang members. part of the problem with being in a correctional facility is it can be a breeding ground for finding new recruits. in this particular case it appears that this may have been a new recruit to this gang, getting jumped in. they're trying to inform us that no, they're just friends, they're just playing, it's all a joke. obviously it's not a joke to us. if somebody gets hurt recruiting other gang members, these are all valid concerns for the safety of everyone in this facility and the integrity of the jail itself.
