a tough one because we still have many hours left to go in this, 24, 36 hours left until this is over. we have had high rainfall amounts in carteret county, so it probably will be along one of the immediate coastline areas and it could be upwards of 20 or 30 inches. >> also join us in something we've been trying to impact upon our viewers, and that is when they hear that a storm is downgraded, when people -- let's say they're under a mandatory evacuation order, hear that an incoming storm has gone from a 3 to a 2 to a 1, we try to tell folks that speaks mostly to sustained winds, and this storm is going to deliver the water of a much larger numeric storm, correct? >> yes, that's exactly right, brian. one thing to note about this storm and storms that we've noticed in past is that it became a very strong storm off-shore.
