back on boeing max planes. flying anxiety is still high after two jets crashed. lester holt sat down with ceo doug parker since his first interview since the planes were grounded in march. >> how do you convince the skittish passenger that says my flight is going to be a max -- how do you convince them to get on the airplane? >> i don't know at this point, given the heightened level of interest at this point and the news around it that any level of marketing will do that. we need the airplane to be deemed worthy, back in service, have the pilots flying. i know if that's the case, the airplane is 100% safe, as will most of our customers and over time others will see that and come to the same conclusion. there may be a period of time when that's not the case but
