Congressional Democrats and President Biden intend to decree and enforce the proposition that individuals can change their sex, irrespective of natural law and science. Those who value truth, might face penalties, including massive fines up to $500,000 per violation, and even jail time. This article examines yet another troubling aspect of the so-called “Equality Act.”
