Learn more. Good evening to you. Photo: WikiMedia Commons Canada has ordered 20 million doses of AstraZeneca’s vaccine, all of which the government expects to receive before September. The federal government and AstraZeneca haven’t yet agreed on a more specific timeline for delivery. Canada is also expecting to receive 1.9 million doses of the vaccine from the global COVAX program. One source with knowledge of the delivery schedule told iPolitics that 475,000 of the doses from COVAX could arrive before the end of March. All 1.9 million doses sent by way of the COVAX program are expected to arrive in Canada before the end of June.
