Phillips FAIRMONT â After conducting a national search, Fairmont State University has named a new vice president of academic affairs and provost. West Virginia native Dianna Phillips is slated to begin her new position April 26. âWe are beyond proud to welcome Dr. Phillips back to her roots in West Virginia and into our Falcon Family,â said Mirta M.
