FBI says Arab man was part of Oath Keeper group storming Cap

An Arab man faces charges in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia in connection with the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. 
Joshua James, 33, is charged with obstruction of an official proceeding and trespassing in a restricted building or grounds.
He is accused of being one of a group of Oath Keepers who are accused of unlawfully entering the Capitol building and interfering with the certification of Electoral College results in the 2020 election.
FBI agents, assisted by Arab police and the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, were at James' home on Brashier's Chapel Road on Tuesday.
