(Nasdaq: FORM) today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2020 ended December 26, 2020. Quarterly revenues were $197.0 million, an increase of 10.7% compared to $178.0 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2020, an increase of 10.3% from $178.6 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2019. For fiscal 2020, FormFactor posted revenues of $693.6 million, up 17.7% from $589.5 million in fiscal 2019.
