Jay Inslee has joined all of the state's entire Democratic Congressional members in calling for Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment in order to remove President Donald Trump from office or use Congress to impeach the president a second time in the wake of pro-Trump supporters storming the U.S. Capitol Wednesday.
