Former Heisman winner reacts to Olympic virtue signaling and whether or not he's considering running for office Former Olympian and retired Dallas Cowboys running back Herschel Walker told "Hannity" on Monday that U.S. athletes protesting their own nation on the world stage are doing so at the "wrong place at the wrong time." Walker, who competed in Bobsled at the 1992 Albertville Games in France, said public opinion of professional sports, on the whole, will continue to suffer until politics are removed again. "[B]ecause we are the greatest country in the world, and we do have the right to protest, but I think it's the wrong place and wrong time, as a people we have to decide to elect the right people in the office because if you get the right people into office and hold people accountable, we wouldn't have these problems," he said.
