View Comments When Chef Min Kim arrived from the Wynn Palace property in Macau to be the executive chef of Mizumi in Las Vegas in January 2020, he was anxious to transform the menu at the Wynn property's Japanese restaurant. He grew up learning the techniques of preparing Japanese cuisine in his father’s Japanese restaurant in Seoul. He sharpened his skills at Michelin two-starred Narisawa and the Michelin three-starred Ryugin in Tokyo before taking the helm in Macao.
