went over thinking they were going to have a great time and they believed that the chief of police was having to have safe measures. the chief didn't do that. mr. furlong had a teenager on the line supervising this kid. the teenager wasn't certified. he wasn't holding the gun with both hands, he should have been doing so. just because the dad made a bad decision doesn't mean that mr. furlong is not criminal lee liable an is. >> we are dealing with a situation here where the prosecution's theory is clearly contradictory. if the prosecution is going to charge this person, this former police chief, he should also be charging at a bear opinion every single parent that attended this event, and allowed their child to shoot a firearm, for endangering the welfare of a child. >> that is a bogus argument, we know there are criminal charges pending in this case. and some of these people had to be given immunity in order to testify. you can't say that just because
