the -- the republicans taking over the house is a very good thing and it wouldn't have happened without the tea party. >> reporter: what is your plan? >> i think republicans are planning to bring forth a bold move that would be an amendment to defund obamacare. if we can deliver on effectively repealing obamacare for the next two years, that's a huge get. that's very important. as we know, obamacare will literally cost us trillions that we don't have. if we can effectively repeal that bill for the next two years, that will be enormously helpful. plus you will see us scale back tens of billions, hopefully we'll scale back at least 100 billion. i think we will change the arch of history, griff, if we can repeal obamacare for the next two years until the presidential election. then we have to repeal president obama. if we can do that and get a new president in that wants to get rid of the government takeover of health care, that will change the arch of
