own. if you ask 1,000 different people, there's 1,000 different ways they participate in this. tomorrow, for example, people are going to be packaging up goods to send to the troops overseas and cleaning up schools and parks and donating blood and clothing. >> it's a wonderful idea and wonderful way of remembering -- both remembering and looking forward. what is your reaction to this whole koran burning controversy? >> well, it's very upsetting. somebody started an initiative whose intention is to bring people together 9/11. beyond 9/11 to see all this is very sad, really, to me. you know, it certainly doesn't seem appropriate. in fact, it's offensive to think somebody would pick 9/11 to burn religious documents regardless of the faith. it just doesn't make sense to me at all. it's upsetting. >> jay, we thank you very much.
