The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, has said that political parties in Nigeria lack identity and ideology. Ganduje, former Kano State governor, who stated this when he inaugurated the party’s zonal coordinators across the country, explained that the lack of ideology and identity was the reason behind the frequent defections from one political party to another, the News Agency of Nigeria reports. Lamenting the development, the APC National Chairman said that the situation must change for the better.
