Majestic Realty is planning a two-building, more than 400,000-square-foot warehouse project on West Everman Parkway near Interstate 35W in South Fort Worth. The almost $25 million development would start construction in June, according to planning documents filed with the state. California-based Commerce Construction Co. designed the buildings.
