The development pipeline of massive North Texas industrial building projects is still growing.
Just this week, developer Hillwood announced plans for its largest speculative warehouse ever in the AllianceTexas community. The 1.24 million-square-foot North Fort Worth building is on Interstate 35W.
But that’s not the only huge new shipping hub on the way.
In Hutchins in southern Dallas County, California-based developer Majestic Realty is planning a more than 1 million-square-foot building.

A California-based developer that’s been expanding its industrial building footprint in North Texas is gearing up for another project.
Majestic Realty is planning a two-building, more than 400,000-square-foot warehouse project on West Everman Parkway near Interstate 35W in South Fort Worth.
The almost $25 million development would start construction in June, according to planning documents filed with the state.
California-based Commerce Construction Co. designed the buildings.
