Santos, through a press release from The Elders group, asked the White House to 'take immediate measures to reverse such a decision, taken by former US President Donald Trump on January 11, to 're-designate' Cuba as a state sponsor of terrorism'. He unequivocally rejected Trump´s decision to re-designate Cuba as a state sponsor of terrorism, he stressed.
