'Be civil' to other human beings
Sheriff Ivey, in his thanks to the Ronald Reagan Club of Florida for their support, stated: "Not all Democrats are commies or the far left." I wholeheartedly object to the assumption that any Democrats are "commies". His mentor, Trump, was far more friendly with the "commies" than any Democrat. Rhetoric of this nature is what led to the Jan. 6 attack of the Capitol. (Note: Sheriff Ivey is totally against violence.)
