Man jailed on suspicion of felony hit and run after bicycle

A 69-year-old Carson City man was arrested Thursday on suspicion of felony hit and run causing injury after a collision with a Carson High student on a bicycle in the 1100 block of Saliman Road, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said. Arrested was Kulwant Singh Mand with a bail amount of $40,000.
