Hong Kong Ranks as Most Unaffordable Housing Market
For the 11th year running Hong Kong has ranked as the least-affordable housing market in the world, according to a report from the Urban Reform Institute and the Frontier Centre for Public Policy. In 2020, a combination of falling incomes and growing property prices hit affordability in the region.
