The newly built King Street home, dubbed Horizon, was originally advertised with a $30 million price tag, but still set a suburb record after the sale settled this week. 90 King Street, Flinders.  It sold through Peninsula Sothebyâs International Realty in March, with director Rob Curtain remaining tight-lipped about the sale price and the buyer. The home includes a large infinity pool. Mr Curtain had previously confirmed to the media there had been a sale and that the home sold for a price close to the mid-$20 millions.
