'America First' rally featuring Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Greene canceled in Riverside
Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Florida, suggested on Saturday that he may sue the city of Riverside and the operators of the Riverside Convention Center over the cancellation of a planned “America First” rally.
The City of Riverside announced Friday night that the event with Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene planned for Saturday at the Riverside Convention Center "will not take place."
The city was notified by Raincross Hospitality Corp., the operators of the convention center, Friday night, according to a press release. The event was scheduled for 6 p.m. Saturday.
