This is the moment a man illegally riding an e-scooter on a high street in London smashes into a cyclist and knocks the rider off his bike.
Video posted on social media shows a man hurtling down Rye Lane in Peckham on an e-scooter at high speed over the weekend.
The e-scooter driver can be seen swerving into a side road without checking or giving way to other motorists. He then carelessly smashes into a passing cyclist and sends him flying and tumbling off his bike. 
It is unknown if the cyclists sustained any injuries. However, the clip ends with the e-scooter looking on at the cyclist, apparently unscathed.
