Monde Nissin plans to issue up to 3,600,000,000 shares, at a price of up to Php17.50 per share. A maximum amount of gross proceeds of Php63 billion may be expected from the Offer, excluding proceeds from the exercise of an over-allotment option of up to 15% of the 3,600,000,000 offer shares. Typically, underwriting discounts and commissions, and other offering expenses payable by Monde Nissin are expected to be deducted from the gross proceeds of the Offer. Resulting net proceeds are intended to be utilized for the expansion and enhancement of its production and technological capabilities, including its businesses in the U.K. and other key markets.
