 The Secretary-General of the National Democratic Development and Change Party, Ibrahim Al-Khalil, said that the ''settlements'' pursued by the Damascus government are ''a collective condemnation of all the peoples of Syria of terrorism'', and he expressed his rejection of them altogether, and said: ''It is its duty to settle her situation with the people and not the other way around.''  .
