This weather system has been named Winter Storm Flynn by The Weather Channel. Accumulating snow from this system affected areas from the Southern Plains into the Ozarks on Sunday. Up to 5 inches of snow blanketed the Tulsa, Oklahoma, area. The Oklahoma City metro saw 3 to 4 inches of snowfall. Some of the heaviest totals were in southwest Kansas, where up to a foot of snow was measured.
