Oregon Judicial Department posts forms needed to delay paying rent The paperwork necessary to be included in the state's eviction moratorium through June 30 is now available. The Oregon Judicial Department posted the new Notice of Eviction Protection and Declaration of Financial Hardship forms to its website. In a special session Dec. 21, the Oregon Legislature extended the state’s eviction moratorium to June 30, giving renters who can't pay their bills more time. Under new legislation, tenants can use the declaration form to avoid evictions for not paying rent before June 30, 2021. Landlords also must provide certain forms before proceeding with certain evictions. Versions of the forms are available in Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Korean and Chinese. There is a notice and a link to the new forms at the top of the OJD home page, courts.oregon.gov.
