Rep. Nunes, protesters gather for 'Freedom Fest' in Tulare with Faulconer, Trump Jr.

Devin Nunes' "Freedom Fest" brought blockbuster crowds to the International Agri-Center on Saturday for a day of "prayer and protest."
The Tulare Republican hosted prominent conservatives from across the country for the sold-out event. The prayer element was necessary so that the festival could qualify as a religious gathering, which are exempt from California's coronavirus capacity limits, Nunes said.
"If you're talking to Newsom, there's only 300 people here, so we're legal unless you're holding a religious ceremony," a winking Nunes said.
