［ブリュッセル　２４日　ロイター］ - 欧州連合（ＥＵ）首脳会議は２５日、将来的にＥＵの銀行同盟を完成させると約束しつつ、時期の決定については域内の財務相に委ねる内容の声明を発表する見通しだ。草案をロイターが確認した。
意見の分かれる共通預金保険制度の創設を意味する銀行同盟が完成すれば、ユーロ圏銀行危機の可能性を大幅に低下させ、ユーロに対する市場の信頼性が高まり、ユーロ需要を押し上げるとみられている。
