The Leadership Institute, a conservative nonprofit, announced it would soon offer what it calls a “School Board Training Program” to help candidates for the often-overlooked elected positions in an effort to counter a growing and pervasive progressive influence over curriculum and material in the nation’s 17,000 public and charter school districts.
