Sheriff: Suspect "is down" after shooting at Joel Osteen's T

Police say a woman in a trenchcoat entered the Texas megachurch of celebrity pastor Joel Osteen and started shooting with a rifle Sunday afternoon and was killed by two off-duty officers working security.
