Tabcorp’s tantalising announcement last Tuesday that it had been approached with unsolicited offers for its unloved wagering business triggered a buying frenzy as the focus shifted from flushing out potential suitors to what’s next for the group.
But as the gaming giant’s former investor relations manager, Sacha Krien, who now works as an analyst at Evans and Partners, said in a report on Friday afternoon, “all of Tabcorp is in play”.
