ATaiwan court has released on bail the manager of a construction site whose truck, authorities believe, caused a train crash that killed at least 51 people. A Taiwan express train carrying almost 500 passengers derailed in a tunnel on Friday after hitting a truck that had slid down a bank on to the track from a building site.
