couple of years. this has increased after a horrific attack close to 80 people killed in january. and now, we've got this situation today. we've also been told that there were 12 children under the age of 12 who have also been killed because of this suicide attack. the rally that was to start was in islammy which is an islamist righ right-wing party in the country. it is an election year in pakistan, general elections are due to be held towards the end of october and november, we have seen sadly increasing cycles where militants come out and attack the parties and their workers leading up to the election. and that's an attack tonon the democratic process. the ddp said they're not behind this attack.
