now third, at 10%. joining me right now is democratic congressman khanna of california also the co-chairman of bernie sanders campaign. congressman always a pleasure to see you thanks so much for joining us. >> maria always a pleasure to be on the show. maria: so is that a fair assessment that suddenly it feels like this race is now between biden, berner and warren and if so how does bernie break out, how do you see it? >> maria i think you're absolutely right. the race has come down to senator sanders, senator warren and vice president biden. it's a three-way race. i think iowa and new hampshire are going to matter incredibly. bernie sanders has two advantages. one, he appeals to independent voters, and he appeals to rural america. i seen him go into these small towns and connect. he understands there is the industrialization and he understands we need to give more economic opportunity for rural americans in communities left behind and second, he's got a great ground game if you go into iowa and new hampshire you'll
