Almost immediately, he pulled out his reassurance message. Yes, we will get the accreditation done. Tyler has worked at other Community Colleges in houston, sacramento and los angeles. He was the special trustee for the Compton CommunityCollege District which lost its accreditation. It had some real challenges with integrity. One of the trustees went to jail. Its a different place. Its a different situation. City college will lose its accreditation next july unless its able to make drastic financial and managerial changes. Tyler will report to the special trustees, robert a grel a who is trying to impose the changes. I really hope whatever it is going on behind the scenes gets fixed and that this college stays open.
