The people here believe that the Supreme Court nominee, neil gorsuch, is a threat on many levels, including the environment. Standing up for corporations. These are things that we know have a real consequences. The list of reasons why they are against neil gorsuch is a long one. This act, as if anyone will believe that behind this act, he doesnt have the most vile set of principles. And councilman david yost made the drive all the way to the city because of wanting more from his senator, dianne feinstein. Protests like this may be more calm and more subdued then others we have seen. But the ones that are hearsay demonstrations of all kinds against President Trump and his administration are necessary. People are chanting and letting their emotions out. They all serve a different purpose. I want people to get it, that it is up to us. I dont know how to wake up some of those people. I really dont. Before everyone left the event, they were encouraged to call a friend of theirs that lived lives in states where people are still undecided about neil gorsuch. They are pushing for the bow this upcoming week. They want him up or down by april 7th. That is right. Because they are about to go on spring break. They want to go back to their district with a big win or evidence that they fought really hard. The question is, do they wanted to go to a vote or do they want us filibuster rule where if you dont have approval, they dont do it shock like you wanted to go to a vote. What you want to get through the filibuster rule to get there. You have to have 60 votes to get 51 to pastor that is america for you. The fbi is investigating President Trumps campaign aides. Generally, innocent people dont seek immunity. Im open to hearing why he once immunity. When i was a prosecutor, we only gave immunity if we could only get testimony from that individual. Are you trying to prosecute those . Or are you trying to get information for the American Public so we can find out what is going on . He once immunity from prosecution. He wants anything he said in adhering to not be used against him in prosecution. That would mean he may have something else. Right now he is not very trustworthy. He lied to the vice president. He did not disclose all of his dealings with turkey turkey did not disclose money he was paid to the russian broadcasting company. He is not a very trustworthy person right now. Right now, you would not give him immunity. I think it is cracked open. I think people see that people want aisle trys team are going to moscow. Are we talking about hacking the democratic emails . Or business ties . What are you guys looking at . We are looking at whether they converged it is not illegal to have business ties to russia. Democrats right now are united. We heard from our constituents. We did not want healthcare to be repealed. We stood together for the. We continue to dig deeper into the russian ties. The president right now, the great businessman and negotiator, failed to negotiate a Healthcare Plan with his own team. So we are going to unite and not get pulled into their mess.
