A third car hit the honda which bounced back in the traffic, and it was hit by big rig. The driver of the honda died in the driver of the third vehicle was seriously injured and rushed to the hospital. The chp is investigating but alcohol is not considered the likely cause of the crash. The police have not given us any details including whether there were any injuries. A citywide search of the homeless encampment and officers visited 70 homeless camps looking for people considered high risk and others that could pose a risk to the public.
