He was arrested on the seventh and released four days later. It makes you question the judicial system when you have a convicted felon in possession of a firearm that is released on his own recognizance. The suspects are accused of also robbing two tourists near st. Marys cathedral on july 28. They made accused of killing state kate steinle two years ago will be in court today. Juan francisco lopezsanchez was in court yesterday as the judge discussed the scheduling issue. Lopezsanchez is charged with firstdegree murder he is accused of shooting kate steinle with a stolen gun. Has lawyers claim the gun accidentally went off. Lopezsanchez is an undocumented immigrant who had been deported five times. The judge could decide on a trial date as part of the proceedings today. Police in beaumont released the name of a suspect in a deadly shooting on saturday. Police are searching for Jovan Alexander stewart.
