jacksonville. we'll get that new update from the hurricane center. >> if you're in florida especially along the coastal areas, are you feeling pretty good about the forecast right now? do you feel pretty safe? >> the storm surge can still be an issue. if i had beach-front property and a house right toward the coast and i had problems with matthew, you could likely have problems with this one, too. >> okay. >> that was a billion-dollar weather disaster, multi-billion dollar. storm surge is a big concern to us. sporadic power outages here and there. you can always get a dead tree falling somewhere, but i don't think we're going to have a lot of wind problems. mostly talking florida and georgia. south carolina and north carolina, we still could have more of a direct impact and that would be a different story, but that's still two days from now. >> all right. bill, thank you. we'll check in with you throughout the hour. let's go now to south carolina where we find nbc news correspondent kathy park in charlesent
